Back on the Salt - Speedweek 2009

Greetings to all our friends and race fans…

Well what a great week we had at Speed Week. Our first run was short; we had a parachute release at the 1.5 mile so I had to abort the run. It was a blessing because the jack shaft moved a little and we could have done some damage.

My second run was for my re-license and inspection of our aluminum front wheels at speed, I made an easy 211 mph pass with approval from Lee Kennedy on the wheels.

The third and final run was great, 258 mph with just 10 lb of boost, the car handled very well and I am looking forward to World of Speed next month.

Our next step is to add a little more boost and inch up on the speed in a safe and prudent manner.

Hope to see you at World of Speed!

Fast Wishes

Terry and Don

Greetings from Ohio. Thanks for posting an update. The boys (Tod's nephew Matt & friend Connor) were asking about your progress/race.

Take care!
Annette (Tod's sis)
